What to Expect at The Well Woman Co.

Personalized Care. Thoughtful Appointments. Clear Expectations.

What to expect

The Well Woman Co. is a small, independently owned women's wellness practice dedicated to providing personalized, comprehensive care in a welcoming and supportive environment.

To ensure each patient receives the time and attention they deserve, appointments are intentionally limited and scheduled in advance.

We appreciate your understanding of our practice policies and look forward to partnering with you on your wellness journey.

Appointment Availability & Scheduling

The Well Woman Co. operates by appointment only and does not offer walk-in visits.

Appointment availability is limited and may vary from week to week. New consultation openings are released periodically based on current patient needs and scheduling capacity.

If you do not see an available appointment that works for your schedule, please check back for additional openings.

Appointments are not guaranteed until confirmed through the scheduling process.

Your Consultation & Lab Testing

Your initial consultation is designed to provide a comprehensive review of your health history, symptoms, concerns, and wellness goals.

Depending on your individual needs, additional laboratory testing or medical records may be recommended before treatment decisions can be made.

Please note:

  • Laboratory testing and processing times vary depending on the tests ordered and the laboratory used.

  • Some specialized hormone tests may take approximately 7 business days or longer to return.

  • Once results are received, additional time is needed for clinical review and interpretation.

  • Lab results are not necessarily reviewed or discussed on the day they become available.

  • A follow-up appointment may be necessary to discuss results, finalize treatment recommendations, or make medication adjustments.

Our goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized recommendations rather than rush important clinical decisions.

Communication & Response Times

As a small independent practice, patient care, clinical reviews, and administrative communications are managed personally by your provider.

Please allow 2–3 business days for responses to routine inquiries.

Established patients: All questions regarding your care, medications, laboratory results, or follow-up appointments should be submitted through your secure patient portal.

Email is intended for general inquiries and prospective patients, not ongoing clinical communication.

Please avoid sending duplicate messages through multiple communication channels, as this may delay efficient processing.

Messages are not monitored continuously, and the practice does not provide urgent or emergency medical care. For urgent concerns that cannot safely wait, please seek timely evaluation through an appropriate medical facility. For emergencies, call 911.

Follow-Up Care & Ongoing Management

Your initial consultation includes the services specifically outlined at the time of booking.

Depending on your individual needs, additional appointments may be recommended for laboratory review, treatment planning, medication management, or ongoing monitoring.

Unless explicitly included in a purchased service or program, follow-up appointments, additional laboratory testing, and ongoing clinical management are separate services and may involve additional fees.

Medication changes and complex clinical concerns generally require a scheduled appointment rather than portal messaging.

A Note From Your Provider

My goal has always been to create a space where women feel heard, supported, and genuinely involved in their healthcare.

Maintaining a smaller, appointment-based practice allows me to provide the thoughtful, individualized attention that is central to The Well Woman Co., and I hope you find the value as well.

Thank you for respecting these processes and helping me maintain a practice built around quality, connection, and intentional care.
